A person holding up a phone, the way a client searches for a hair salon near them

Free · under two minutes

Can clients actually find you?

Someone standing on your street pulls out their phone and asks where to get their hair done. I'll check what actually comes back, and whether your name is in it. Then I'll send you exactly what I found. No pitch, no jargon, just the truth about where you stand.

A few quick questions

Let's look you up

This is where your scan goes. Nowhere else.

Word for word, exactly as it appears on your Google listing or your sign. This is the name I search for, so the spelling matters. Not "hair salon" or "my studio", your actual business name.

Please include the province, state or country. There are a dozen Richmonds and several Cambridges, and if I search the wrong one I'll show you salons from the other side of the world. Outside Canada and the US, add the country.

Leave this blank if you don't have one. That's genuinely useful to know, and it's more common than you'd think.

Say it however it comes out. This is the part that makes your scan personal.

I read every scan myself before it goes out. No spam, ever.

Something hiccuped on my end. Please try again in a moment, or email hello@hivebeautydesign.com.

I'm looking you up now.

Here's the honest part. I read every single scan myself before it goes out, so it will not be instant.

Give me a little while, and yours will land in your inbox, personally from me.

What actually happens

Three things, then an email from me

1

I ask AI about your town

More people are asking ChatGPT and Google's AI where to get their hair done than are scrolling a map. I ask it, and I check whether your name comes back.

2

I check what's carrying your name

Your website, if you have one. Whether it loads, whether it's secure, whether it's doing anything for you at all.

3

I write you back myself

Plain English, no jargon, and only things I actually confirmed. If I couldn't verify something, I don't say it.

Kate, founder of Hive Beauty Design

I'm Kate.

Twenty years behind the chair, and now I help salons get found by the people already looking for them. I run every scan and read every email before it goes out. It's me, not a robot with my name on it.
