What's actually included in each tier?
The Audit ($297) is a full review of your current tools and workflows, a written recommendations document, and one Loom walkthrough explaining what I found and what I'd do. The Build ($797) is one core system built for you end-to-end — a booking workflow, a client intake automation, an email sequence, whatever the biggest friction point is — tested, delivered via Loom, with two weeks of support. The Full System ($1497) is the whole back end designed and connected: every workflow, every integration, thirty days of support after handoff.
How long does each tier take?
Audits are delivered within five business days. Builds typically take two weeks from intake to delivery. Full Systems take three to four weeks. I send progress notes throughout so you always know where things are.
What tools do you work with?
Most of the common ones — ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Calendly, Acuity, Vagaro, Square, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and many others. If your stack uses something specific, mention it in the intake and I'll let you know before we start.
Do we have to meet over Zoom?
No. The whole service is built around your schedule, not Zoom calls. You fill out the intake, I build, you get a Loom walkthrough, and you can message me anytime during support. If you'd prefer a kickoff call, just ask — I'm happy to, but it's not required.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Every tier includes a support window — two weeks on Build, thirty days on Full System. If something wobbles during that time, I fix it. After the support window, I offer optional monthly maintenance if you want ongoing help.
I'm nervous about AI. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Most of my clients aren't "AI people" — they're business owners who've been burned by tech that was supposed to help and didn't. The whole point of done-for-you is that you don't have to become an AI expert. You tell me what's slow, I build the system, and it runs quietly in the background.
Do you only work with hair salons?
No — salons were where I started, but I work with coaches, therapists, bakeries, wedding vendors, small studios, shop owners, and two-person agencies. If you run a small service business and you're drowning in admin, we're probably a fit.
What do I do to get started?
