About Kate

Hi, I'm Kate.

I spent over twenty years behind the chair — running every part of my own salon while I was at it. Long before I built these systems for other owners, I was the one piecing tools together at 11pm, trying to make the back end feel less like a second job.

So I'm not a marketing agency reading off a checklist. I build done-for-you, around your actual business, not a template — the quiet systems I wish someone had built for me years ago.

What's included in each tier?
The Salon Visibility Audit ($300) is a salon-specific review of how findable you are on Google and when clients ask for a recommendation, with written findings, the exact fixes, and a Loom walkthrough within five business days — credited toward a Build if you move forward. The Build (from $1,800) is one core system built end-to-end (client intake and consult forms, a welcome email sequence, getting you found on Google — whatever the biggest friction point is), tested, delivered via Loom, with two weeks of support. The Full System (from $5,500) connects four or more systems across your whole back end, with thirty days of support. Optional maintenance is $350/mo after.
How long does it take?
Audits are delivered within five business days. Builds typically take about two weeks from intake to delivery. Full Systems take three to four weeks. I send progress notes throughout so you always know where things stand.
Do we have to meet over Zoom?
No. The whole service is built around your schedule, not calls. You fill out the intake, I build, you get a Loom walkthrough, and you can message me anytime during support. If you'd prefer a quick call, just ask — but it's never required.
I'm not techy. Is this for me?
Especially then. Most of my clients aren't tech people — they're owners who've been burned by tools that were supposed to help and didn't. The whole point of done-for-you is that you don't have to become the expert: you tell me what's slow, I build it, and it runs quietly in the background.
Do you only work with hair salons?
No — salons are where I started, but I also work with coaches, therapists, bakeries, wedding vendors, small studios, and two-person agencies. If you run a small service business and you're drowning in admin, we're probably a fit.
