It depends what you bring. These are the usual ones.

Your next price increase, decided. Which service, how much, and when, with the numbers to back it up.
Your own social media system. It comes up with the ideas, so you never stare at a blank screen again. Then it writes a week of posts that sound like you.
My carousel templates. Claude fills them in for you, in Canva.
A year of Caption Doctor, included. It grades your captions and makes them better. Normally $97 a year.
Your setup guide. Every switch and every step, written down, so you can do it again without me.
Your own brand voice. You build it in the room. After that, everything Claude writes for you sounds like you. Posts, emails, texts, all of it.
Me, for the week after. Your questions answered, and a step-by-step recording for anything we didn't get to finish.

It comes up with ideas when you've got nothing. No more staring at a blank screen.
It writes your posts for you, and makes them better before you post.
Then Claude drops it into a carousel, so it looks finished, not homemade.
From then on: one photo in, posts that sound like you. A few minutes, not your Sunday night.

After the two mornings

Run out of time on anything? I'll record a step-by-step video showing you exactly how to finish it, and send it to you.

Both mornings are recorded, and yours to keep. Watch any part again, as many times as you need.

The free class, and this one

In the free class I use a made-up salon with made-up numbers, so nobody has to put theirs on a screen in front of strangers.

This is where we do yours. Your real numbers, and me right there while you look at them.

What to bring

Whatever you've got. Rough numbers are fine.

Your service price list. What you charge for every service.
What your products cost you. Your last colour and back bar order, a supplier invoice or price list, or a photo of your receipts. This is how we work out what each bowl really costs.
Your client visits from the last year. If you use booking software, download your client list from it.
Paper book? Take photos of a few pages, or bring your best guess. That works too.
Take out full names and phone numbers first. First names or initials are fine.

I'm Kate. I've been a stylist since 2005, I owned two salons, and I taught.

I'm not a coder, but I run my whole business with Claude now. Everything I show you, I use myself every week, and it's all built for salon owners.
